The Cambrai Community Nursery is located in the Main Street of Cambrai and is open on Mondays and Tuesdays or by appointment.

Bats for Biodiversity is a group that supports Community Bat Monitoring using Anabat detectors to increase awareness of bats in our environment.

Western Pygmy Possum Project
This project all started back in June 2017, when a landholder brought a small mouse like creature into my Cambrai office

Meldanda is a 40 ha property situated along the River Marne just outside of Cambrai. The property was bequeathed to the Cambrai Area School Council.

River Murray International Dark Sky Reserve

Mid Murray Landcare SA supported by the Mid-Murray Council has worked for three and a half years to establish the
River Murray International Dark Sky Reserve, which received accreditation from the International Dark-Sky Association (IDA) in October 2019.

The River Murray International Dark Sky Reserve is Australia's first Dark Sky Reserve and one of only 15 in the world..

The Cambrai Community Nursery is supported by local volunteers who propagate and maintain the nursery to provide native plants to landholders.

We have resources available to help you plant a garden to attract native butterflies and low fire risk plants. We also grow native grasses and can provide seed for your own projects.
